Ravenstone-UK has been producing basic hire rate reports to assist the defence of credit hire claims, pre-litigation, since its onset.

We maintain a longstanding position at the forefront of the provision of comparative data reports for clients throughout the UK, which has enabled us to develop and maintain an unmatched historic database of hire rates which in turn means we can provide a truly unrivalled service to our clients.

Reports are presented as CPR compliant witness evidence that include comparative hire rates of at least 3 vehicles relative to the claimant’s location and original hire date and vehicle type. Our reporting format is fully compliant and bespoke, having been audited by Credit Hire Specialist Counsel, Clare Elliot. Report structures are available for standard Basic Hire Rate Reports as well as Small Claims, Pre-Litigation and Private Hire/Taxi Dual Report formats.

Our processes are well established and our comprehensive knowledge allows us to also provide reports for young or old drivers, or claimants with driving convictions, usually with a 48 hour period as standard.

For particularly urgent matters, we are also able to offer a same day turnaround on reports.
